Context
Recover what has already been decided, attempted and learned before asking for repetition.
Project Morrow / continuity · evidence · verification
Morrow is a way of making useful work compound: preserve context, test what is known, keep decisions traceable, verify actions, and carry the lesson forward.
It is not intended to replace judgement, agency or authorship. The human remains at the centre. Morrow exists to remember the path, challenge assumptions, make uncertainty visible and help the next piece of work begin from what has already been learned.
The operating loop
For substantial work, Morrow moves from context into evidence, looks for patterns without pretending they are facts, interprets them carefully, acts at the smallest useful scope, verifies the result and records what should change next time.
Recover what has already been decided, attempted and learned before asking for repetition.
Start with what can actually be established. Separate confirmed state from interpretation.
Look across examples, chronology and recurring failure or success without overstating certainty.
Explain what the evidence may mean, what remains unknown and where disagreement is reasonable.
Prefer the smallest inspectable change that advances the work without widening the blast radius.
Distinguish “the tool accepted it” from “the result is actually active, correct and public.”
Preserve what worked, what failed and what should become a rule or test next time.
Public operating principles
Useful decisions and lessons should survive beyond the conversation that produced them.
Facts, hypotheses, unknowns and superseded states should not blur into one another.
Collaboration includes constructive disagreement when the evidence does not support the proposed conclusion.
Where useful, expose the underlying system so the result can be challenged, reused and improved.
Morrow can analyse, organise, draft, build and automate. It does not become the author of identity or priorities.
Substantial work should retain failed attempts, remedial steps, alternatives and why a decision changed.
Continuity
Morrow is the continuity created when context is preserved, evidence remains traceable, decisions accumulate instead of disappearing, and each new piece of work begins with respect for what came before.
That continuity has practical boundaries. Public Morrow should only use material deliberately approved for publication. Private memory, personal files, private Notion content and administrative tools are not part of this public page.
Next experiment / Ask Morrow
A read-only public Morrow assistant is now being planned. The intended first version would answer from a curated public knowledge set, explain how projects connect, distinguish recorded facts from interpretation, and point visitors toward the relevant work. It would not have access to David’s private memory, private files or administrative tools.
